to cost your company about the same as a comparable W-2 employee, when
you take benefits, taxes, and associated human resource department cost
into the calculations.
2. Or, we want Contract Employee Corporation employees
to cost you exactly the same as any independent 1099 contractor you might use.
3. Or, we want Contract Employee Corporation employees
to cost you significantly less than using people from "consulting agencies", "temp", or other
"rent-a-body" type companies.
And, at the same time, we want to pay our people well and offer them the best
benefit package money can buy.
